Damage and loss of parcel
We take full responsibility for our products, shipping and delivery.And in case of DAMAGE during delivery or loss, we will gladly send you a new product.So no reason to worry :)
How can I pay using a card rather than PayPal?
You can pay by card via PayPal without a PayPal account.Here's how to do it: 1) Click Leave with PayPal and you will be redirected to PayPal.Instead of paying with your PayPal account, select Pay with a debit or credit card.2) You will be prompted to fill out your payment and credit card information.3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
Gift wrapping and wrapping
If you would like to have something special - gift wrapping or a small note - just let us know via convoy.As for packaging, all our products have special packaging.
Preparing an order
The time required to prepare an order for delivery (delivery) is 1-3 business days.But we usually do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please NOTE that we only prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days, Monday through Friday, NOT including weekends.So Saturday and Sunday don't count! REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes.Each process has its own term.

Don't worry!When the package leaves Ukraine and is heading to your country, the tracking system does not show its location.This does not mean that the package was lost, it means that the package has not yet been scanned in your country.
